This looks really good, in many ways. Short, so able to update often. Like that you do stories. Pictures, video.
Improvements? Like you said, update more often. Maybe more of your emotions in the stories. Maybe more stories of people you owrk with or activities of Northstar.
Maybe the best thosugh is simple to get the word out about it so everyone can get there.
